Meet Your Guide: Maz Alice
Hi! I’m Maz, and it is a pure joy to share this part of my work with you.
Story time. I started taking piano lessons when I was about 8 years old, and despite all the love and encouragement of my teachers, every time they proposed that we should sing I would get this HUGE lump in my throat and immediately start crying. It would feel like I was being choked and my whole nervous system who go into overdrive.
This “lump in my throat” seeped into everything I did, deep into my adult life, and it’s origins are both from this lifetime, others, and my lineage.
Since graduating university in 2015, I have devoted myself fully to ritual, healing, embodiment and art. I have led workshops internationally, performed dance and spoken word in front of hundreds of people, and even sing for my retreat groups now.
And while it feels AMAZING to have this level of confidence to share my work in the world, the best part of having found my voice is the confidence to express myself genuinely in my personal relationships. Now, with tools to bring my nervous system back to centre I am able to articulate my truth, including my boundaries with both firmness and compassion and create repair even when I f*k up, because I’m human and I do make mistakes.
All of life is relationships, and when you can communicate the genuine truth of your heart, it opens you up to channeling the work you are meant to do, you will tap into the most magical current of alignment.

Think of the journey of The Descent as an energetic tune-up, which if you are an entrepreneur struggling with visibility, will very likely help you be seen and step into deeper magnetism.
This program however is not a content strategy and will not cover content creation or anything explicitly business related.
