There was a time I didn’t believe I had a future. So I lived accordingly: with substances, recklessness, numbing out.
Underneath the wild child was a body at war with itself, chronic health issues that mainstream medicine called a life sentence, and a quiet, private despair I had no idea how to navigate.
The turning point didn't come from a doctor or a diagnosis. It came from seeking, desperately then devotedly, for another way. That search took me deep into spiritual practice, into the wisdom of plants and ceremony, into the inherited patterns and ancestral conditioning that had been quietly running my life.
What I found was simple: my body was wise with regenerative intelligence and through my willingness to change my life and evolve, life became worth living.
That reprogramming took years. It took initiation and education. It required me to stop outsourcing my authority and my worth — to learn to trust the wisdom deep within my bones. The wisdom that the culture I’d been raised in conditioned me to believe was nonsense.
After 15 years of studying, teaching and facilitating across three continents, I know this:
